14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (like tea that has been opened)
  • Items that have been used or opened
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your current item. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Even if the above rules apply, if your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification.

Your item must still be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at team@matchayama.com.
